Below are the bid results for the open bid held Wednesday, May 27, 2020:
Sealed Bids will be received by Norwich Township, Franklin County, hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”, at the office of OHM Advisors, 580 North Fourth St, Suite 610, Columbus, Ohio 43215, until 3:00 pm, local time Wednesday, May 27th, 2020 for the Norwich Township Storage Building.
Construction site location is at 5164 Northwest Parkway, Hilliard, Ohio 43026.
At said place and time, all Bids that have been received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after said closing time of 3:00 pm, local time, will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Project Name (Norwich Township Storage Building) and Date (May 27, 2020) and shall be addressed as follows:

Copies of the contract documents are available to prospective bidders. These documents include the Bid advertisement, Bid Proposal, Bid Bond, Statement of Qualifications, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certificate from insurance carrier that coverages will be furnished, Indemnification Agreement, Proposal Affidavit, and Delinquent Personal Property Tax Affidavit. A physical copy is available for viewing at the office of OHM Advisors. This is a prevailing wage project. Bids over the 10% threshold of the estimate will be rejected.
There is no scheduled pre-bid site meeting visit for this project. Conduct individual site visits as needed.
Estimated cost of the project is $1,025,000.00
Bidders must provide a 10% ($102,500.00) bid bond. A 100% ($1,025,000.00) performance bond is also required guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date of fixed for opening Bids. The Owner assumes no responsibility for payment of any expenses incurred by any respondent to this Invitation to Bid.
The successful bidder will be paid within 30 days of invoicing.
The successful bidder will be responsible for providing required permits.
The successful bidder will agree to warranty the work for one (1) year past the completion date.
The successful bidder will be required to enter into an Agreement with the Owner in the form included in the Contract Documents.
The Owner reserves the right to award the contract by specific portions of work, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid.
