Meeting Room Reservations
Meeting Rooms are currently closed thorugh September 1, 2020 due to COVID-19
We have several meeting rooms that are available to residents of Norwich Township and the City of Hilliard to reserve for meetings and activities. Community groups, sponsors of educational and cultural events and Norwich Township/City of Hilliard residents are welcome to reserve and use these meeting rooms between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 pm, when the schedule permits.
Business within Norwich Township and the City of Hilliard does take precedence over the scheduling and use of these rooms. Private parties and organizations serving food will be required to pay a deposit via check and rental fees may apply. Note: Rental fees may now be paid by credit card or check. If you are a resident or an organization of Norwich Township or the City of Hilliard, click HERE to complete a reservation form. You may be requested to show proof of residence when processing the request.
Note: Meeting rooms may NOT be used for commercial enterprises, for-profit activities, worship services or wedding receptions. Activities such as aerobics and cheerleading classes are also prohibited.
